About the Role: Office Angels is seeking a positive and welcoming Receptionist for a part-time, on-going temporary position. This role is fully office-based and requires someone who can work independently and take initiative.

Close to public transport links but also has free parking on-site for drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all visitors and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor. Sign visitors in and out, ensuring security protocols are followed. Answer and transfer phone calls efficiently and accurately. Take deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and use initiative. Positive and welcoming attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
